===== Goma-ae =====

__Ingredients:__

  * something green, quick-cooking and crisp (8-10 oz of mature spinach, broccolini, green beans, snap peas)
  * 3 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
  * 1 tbsp soy sauce
  * 2 tsp sugar

Crush or grind sesame seeds into coarse powder.  Add to medium bowl with soy sauce and sugar, and stir to combine.

Briefly blanch or saute the green vegetable.  Add to bowl, mix, and serve room temperature or chilled.
