**Baked Eggs** We used a silicone (heart-shaped) muffin pan for this, to prevent sticking, since we have had trouble with even well-greased metal pans and any type of egg muffin. Preheat oven to 350F. Crack up to 12 eggs into the pan, one in each hole. Sprinkle with salt/pepper if desired. Bake for 9-16 minutes, depending on your specific oven and the firmness you want from the yolks. We started checking at 9 minutes, and took them out at 13 minutes, and the yolks were still soft but starting to gel. Serve over buttered toast.
