**Banana Paletas** * 2 medium bananas, about 3/4 cup * 1 cup whole milk (we have also used 2% and almond milk) * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * ¼ cup sugar (or a bit less) Purée all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into 4 to 6 molds and freeze until solid. (Recipe also easily doubles and will then fill 6 rocket molds and 7-8 small CVS molds.)
