===== Sushi Rice =====

  * 2c sushi rice
  * 2.5 c water

Add to rice cooker, and cook until done, ahead of time.

Then mix 6 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp kosher salt until sugar and salt have dissolved.  Add to the rice and stir, then allow to cool.
