Cabbage Salad

Directions: Crunch up the dry ramen noodles until they are in small chunks. Toast them in a pan, and when they start to toast, add the almonds (they will burn faster than the ramen), toasting until they are lightly brown. Leave to cool. Assemble the vegetable parts of the salad in a large bowl. Whisk together dressing. Add ramen/nuts on top of salad, and dress just before serving.
