miso_pecan_banana_bread

Miso Pecan Banana Bread (or Muffins)

  • if you convert to muffins, increase temp to 375F and bake for approx 25 min.
  • we used a blend of pecans and walnuts, and used them just as a topping rather than in the batter
  • make sure to use white miso
  • replaced honey with maple syrup
