mummy_muffins
Ingredients:
- a muffin recipe of your choice, such as PDQ Muffins or Pumpkin Muffins
- 2 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 24 small candy eyes
For the frosting: Blend the butter and cream cheese. Add the powdered sugar slowly, continuing to beat for about 3 minutes, until stiff.
Put frosting in a baggie and cut the tip off, then pipe onto the cooled muffins in mummy stripes. Add dots of frosting where the eyes should go, and then press candy eyes on.
