Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Boil pumpkin seeds in salted water for 10 minutes
  2. Drain, then dry the seeds
  3. Coat with melted butter or oil, then salt if desired
  4. Spread in a single layer on a roasting pan
  5. Roast at 300°F. Shake occasionally. Roast until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
