Taco Seasoning

• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp oregano

Enough for one lb of ground meat/protein, or a 1/2 lb of protein plus mirepoix.
