Taco Seasoning

• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp oregano

Enough for one lb of ground meat/protein with mirepoix.

If we want to make a batch:

• 4 tbsp chili powder
• 4 tbsp salt
• 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp ground cumin
• 3 tsp oregano
